Quality Assurance

MC Building Physics operates and maintains a quality system to a standard required by ISO9001. This ensures that tasks are well documented and that there are clear audit trails.

Beyond this and where appropriate the system of Performance Assessment Method (PAM) is used.

Devised by the International Energy Agency (IEA Annex 21 Subtask B Appropriate use of Programs) this system is designed to allow complete repeatability of any analysis so documented.

Any analysis for National Calculation Methodology purposes (Part L2 and EPC) must be performed using a PAM.
